Open Positions
Senior Civil Engineer
Lead the planning, design review, and on-site supervision of large-scale construction projects including roads, bridges, and commercial buildings. Report directly to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee structural design and engineering calculations
- Manage construction teams of 20-50 workers
- Ensure compliance with Lao PDR building codes and DDC quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and subcontractors
- Prepare progress reports and cost analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or ETABS
- Strong knowledge of concrete and steel structure design
- Lao and English communication skills

Renewable Energy Project Manager
Manage the end-to-end development of solar and hydropower projects, from feasibility studies through construction to commissioning. This role is critical to DDC Groups' expansion into clean energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for renewable energy projects
- Coordinate with government agencies for permits and approvals
- Manage EPC contractors and ensure quality and timeline adherence
- Develop financial models and investor presentations
- Oversee environmental and social impact assessments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or related field
- 3-7 years experience in renewable energy project development
- Understanding of PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) structures
- Experience with solar PV system design and/or hydropower engineering
- Proficiency in Excel financial modeling and MS Project
- Fluent in English; Lao or Thai is a strong advantage
Preferred
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience working in Southeast Asia energy sector
- Knowledge of ADB/World Bank project standards
Finance & Accounting Officer
Handle day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, tax filings, payroll processing, and financial reporting for DDC Groups and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process payroll for 200+ employees across multiple entities
- Handle tax compliance and filings with Lao tax authorities
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2+ years experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Lao PDR tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
- CPA or ACCA qualification (partial or full)
- Experience in construction or mining industry accounting

IT Systems & Network Specialist
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across DDC Groups' offices and project sites, ensuring reliable connectivity, cybersecurity, and support for 200+ users.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Linux)
- Manage company applications and internal tools
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures
- Provide technical support to staff across all locations
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in IT systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux servers, Docker, and networking
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
